If Impulse is not working in Shopify POS, use this quick checklist to find the most common setup or usage issue.Impulse only works when staff open the Impulse tile in Shopify POS and add the item through the Impulse flow using Add to Cart. If staff add the product from normal Shopify POS search or the catalog, it will not count as an Impulse upsell.<h2 id="quick-checklist">Quick checklist</h2>On the POS device, make sure staff opened the Impulse tile, selected the upsell product there, and tapped Add to Cart.Look for a tile labeled Impulse on the Shopify POS home screen. If the tile is missing, staff cannot use the Impulse upsell flow.In Impulse, open the relevant upsell rule and confirm its status is set to Active.For Shopify POS, the rule&apos;s Sales Channel must be set to POS Only or POS &amp; Online Cart.Under Applicable Stores, make sure the store where the sale is happening is included.Under Upsell Products, confirm that products were added to the rule. If none were added, nothing will appear in POS.If the rule uses a Trigger, make sure the current POS cart matches it. Staff must use the tile and tap Add to Cart.
